Good but needs improvement جيد ولكن يحتاج تحسين
There are two points I faced in this good application.
First, the application force me to get my items in two shipments one is the express delivery and the other one is the standard delivery while sometimes I don’t need that. I just want them all through standard delivery. So, this should be fixed to allow me to choose and decide it myself.
Second, there’s no way that I can get support from the team in case I have a problem through the application. I had to search for the call center number in google and then calling them. I wish you add a communication channel through the application like the chat.
Worst pathetic service
I ordered for 2 weeks grocery. 1st at payment method it took 15,20 tries to make payment. Once payment done and amount debited from my account but in application they said failed transaction. No to make call i called there helpline which took me 30 minutes in waiting. After they said wait for 48 hours.
Finally after 48 hours my order was placed and delivery date was 14 March. On date 17 I called again helpline after waiting for 30 minutes that my order is not delivered and they promise to deliver on same day. Then i received call from there branch that we have to cancel your order because some items not available and if u agree we can deliver next day.i told them don't cancel deliver it tomorrow.
Next day 18 march i received message and call that your order in on way to delivery. Driver call me and said will deliver after 6pm.
9 pm i call driver and he said your order is assigned to different driver now and he may contact you.
Today 19 March i receive message your amount is refunded and order has been canceled. And now since 45 minutes i am calling there helpline to make complaint. I will never ever gonna use carefour and will recommend everyone to stop using it. Just time wasting and scam.
The best Shopping App in Saudi.
I’ve been using Carrefour online delivery for a year and a half now and not a single time I had a bad experience. All of my orders were delivered on time, products were always available. With other grocery delivery apps, the shopper contacts you and informs you about the missing items and it’s possible replacement options but with Carrefour all items are always in stock and never had I experienced the issue of “Stock Unavailability”. You just place the order, and the driver will contact you for delivery. That’s it! No shoppers contacting you while you’re busy. Carrefour app has tons and tons of amazing offers and it saves me soo much money on groceries. I’ve read quite a few negative reviews of Carrefour delivery but honestly, those reviews don’t match with my 1.5 yrs of experience. I would highly recommend it.
