issue : Pay from Apple pay in app
When I try to pay for an item in an app with Apple Pay, it is refused. I then try to pay for it using Credit, but after that, it is taken from me twice.
Customer service
Customer service staff doesn't know anything about insurance policy they told me to call SAMA !!!! to raise complaint in order to solve my case , which i did and they told me that we don't have anything do with your case ,
So I called Malath and the same CS staff answered me and she hang up on me when i told her how come u told me to call them when they doesnt have anything to do with my case !!
this is unbelievable!!!
IQAMA 🤨
When open login page it asks for IQAMA number,Why it’s asking for Iqama number , is it specially to be used by foreigners.
