Description
The Tawuniya Drive Application is an exclusive program for Alshamel cooperative customers, which aims to enhance traffic safety and is one of the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030. The app relies on Telematics technology that evaluates driving behaviour, that includes acceleration, brakes, coring, acceleration and mobile phone usage, and other factors that influencing driving quality, such as late-night driving and distance covered. To provides drivers with the chance to earn weekly rewards through Tawuniya Drive points, encouraging and rewarding safe driving practices.
What distinguishes Tawuniya Drive?
- Impact Alert Technology: Upon receipt of an alert from the sensor in the event of an accident, the client is contacted by our team to provide a range of immediate services including reporting the incident to Najm, creating a request to towing the vehicle, transport it to the agency/workshop and then deliver it to the customer's door, in addition to submitting a claim
- Weekly Rewards: CashBack, Gas vouchers, car wash, Vouchers for delivery orders and free rides
- Drive Wala: Offers and discounts on more than 500 stores (depends only on your activity in the app and not on weekly points)
- Renewal discounts: up to 20% upon renewal of Alshamel insurance policy

Everything is great of this campaign except “Braking”. You will get punished for the mistakes made by other drivers ahead of you. If you try to keep recommended distance front of you, someone will try to fix their vehicle in that gap, you will hit sudden brake and get punished.
ALWAYS BRAKING
Fix your braking set up… all are nice except for so called “BRAKING” even i brake carefully or sudden the figure come up… jezzz… even in humps i carefully brake the same… always the same… if this type of error do happen always.. better to uninstall and remove all… i do always follow and abide traffic rules by the way.. i just check this apps if it accurate or not… but just the same as everybody’s experienced BAD BRAKING set up… (Maybe better not to step on your brakes, it gives you 5 stars! Just kidding lol).

The idea of the app is perfect and helps you to drive safely, but how the app calculates your point is
Confusing, my points reset to zero after completing the week and I have 5 trips 3 of them I was a passenger, and 2 of them I was the driver the trips that I'm the driver both of them i got 5 stars and my total rate is 32 out of 80?!
52 in total, did the trips that I'm a passenger is droping the points or there is an issue there?!
