. 1- There is no specific time for my delivery
2- If the site arrives to you and you are not available, it does not give you the opportunity to deliver the order, the order will be postponed to the next day
3- There is no notification of the delegate’s mobile number
4- The response to complaints or objections is very late and will be answered the next day

1 you can select a specific time in the cart and in the catalogue
2 you should have received an automatic sms 30 min before the delivery , with all the details , including the driver number
3 the customer service is replying asap but in the evening it might postpone to the next day

Problem solved
I initially had issues with registering a new account but after contacting the company via IG, a representative responded that the problem would be resolved soon. To my pleasant surprise, it took very little time to resolve and they clearly impressed me with the speed of their problem resolution. Very good job.
