Self drive Car in Mumbai

I had taken for a week Tata Nexon for hire. I had a good experience ontime delivery, service support by Atul on service support during working hours n late evening.

Not smooth in service and support

Expected it to flexible and more supportive after trying zoom for multiple times. Car outside condition looked better than zoom. Car was delivered late than scheduled time, when it was scheduled a week earlier for home delivery unless it was followed up till last minute they were not aware of app booking. No flexibility in the app for extension of return timing. Car was shaking throughout the trip whenever break was hit. Ordered a luggage carrier, which was not delivered and no prior intimation till the delivery time. Landline teams strategically know that they will pick up the calls till they get your payment and once they receive their payment, they won’t receive the calls. Asked for the contact of head of operations or marketing team to recommend where the customer frustration is happening after paying 30 k for a 5 day rental of a car. Definitely not going to be my first choice for my next car rental.
