My experience

I had a great experience, got a EGP 3K discount on my long trip, the ride was clean and comfortable I always rely on the app as I like its idea so much, not having to deal with the host or to sign any documents, such a brilliant hassle free app.

Worst experience on this service

First of all I could not get the car to use. The location that I opted was changed with out informing me, ultimately when I reached the location provided in the App, I could not find the car. Unable to locate, I had to contact Zoom customer service team, where they themselves could not reach the host of the car. Zoom need to review their processes and facilities to ensure customer satisfaction is taken care. If the customer is arriving at International airport, then the car should be made available at the same location so that the customer experience is seem less. Zoom should provide host contact number before hand itself so that the customer can contact or chat with the host.

Poor customer service

Every time I book there is some issue
No return of my amount when one cancels the car when it is delayed
Very poor response
Waste of time and money
Cannot trust the service when you have important meetings or schedules to catch
