App is great but customer service is poor

You can reach to good amount of services through the App , but when you reach to customer care and service they often try to sell you new offers rather than solving your issue originally, I paid amount that’s not eligible by service provider because I could not use home internet for more than a month due to technical network issues , but couldn’t solve the issue and I had to pay because App and invoice and customer service are siloed and you have to connect the whole dots to get your issue solved .

worst experience of my entire life

lets start of by the part where they don't send me sms messages regarding my balance, literally none. no "you have used 50%, 80% 100%". i leave my house not knowing they have disconnected my internet. thought that the area didn't have a good service. so i keep driving, the google map is still not working. when i noticed that i am in the middle of no where, i call the customer service to see whats going on. they inform me that i have used all my GBs and that yes the system wasn't sending me sms about it? okay what do i do now where i am in the middle of no where and i can't use the app to RECHARGE IT!!! the customer service was the worst because i keep telling the guy that im literally in the middle of nowhere and he's saying go buy a card to recharge it??????? I DONT KNOW WHERE I AM HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FIND A CARD. then they transfer me to another person that confirms that they haven't been sending me sms regarding my balance. they tell me they'll get my service reconnected and i wait for hours and still nothing. when i call the complaints number back i realize that they blocked my number from connecting customer support and i can only hear the automated response. i don't care how greedy a business can get, but when it reaches the point where they compromise customer safety, this just shows you the amount of corruption they have.

Good app bad customer service

The app is good. There are many services available. The main issue they have is to contact the customer service. It’s not the people who work in customer service but the app itself is very bad.
First there are not much option to select. The interface works only if you select the bill complain. Then they will let you contact the customer service. Next problem is there is no spelling check and no auto correct or spelling suggestions. Which some times leads to very awkward situation. Uploading a file inside the chat is also a problem. If they fix these issues related to the chat the app will approve a lot.
I hope someone listens to my complain.
