The configuration cannot be completed for all those who are abroad, because of the second step - verification by text message - that can never be completed. NBE stopped the earlier software token and introduced this new then, before they ensure that it can be configured successfully for overseas clients. Even if you call platinum customer service, they would know nothing about the problem and would do nothing. As usual, horrible experience from NBE. Better to move to another bank.
