Not honest Promotion
The App launched a promotion to buy one and get the other with only one riyal and after selecting 4 items to utilize the offer they sent me only 3 items, at full price for one of them when contacted the Customer Service they said sorry the fourth one is not available although it was processed within my order, and I enforced to buy the items with full price and losing the offer intentionally by them as I discovered that there much customers like me according to their customer service agent.
Order one shoe for free trying, and 2 shoes I pay for it.
تطبيق سيء جججججدا ججججداا للأسف طلبت شوزين ولم يتم توصيلهم ولنا تقريبا اسبوعين وأيضاً لم يتم استرجاع شوز كان للتجربة فقط لدرجة انا صرت اللي ادق عليهم ياخذونه ولايردون ولايتجاوبون !!! تطبيق عجيب جدددداً .
It was really bad experiment, I didn’t receive my 2 shoes that I paid for about 2 weeks, and still they didn’t came to take a shoe that was free for trying. Also, they didn’t respond to any calls I just takes a long time waiting for anyone respond to me but No one respond !!!
