Pilgrims pay a lot of money, hotels and transport all very expensive. The app has no available dates and then suddenly when a day shows, I try to book the day and time and it doesn’t go through. My permit is not saved. I tried to refresh/reload app. Nothing works. I called the helpline and the gentleman advised on Friday at 2:00 PM it is open for ladies go at that time. Please understand this is very poor organization and service. It has to be improved.

I’ve had one of the worst user experience and even though my email id was not used before it still showed it was used or some other errors making me unable to create accounts for not only me but for the entire family
It is a very hard experience or service for people who are in visiting visa or temporary visas
