Riyad Bank Mobile 4+

App Hanging: I can’t do a single operation

This was very disappointing to me as a very long term and loyal customer of this bank. I was doing my job very well with previous version, and the user experience was fantastic. This app is not working at all, please reactivate the last version to do my banking. I am currently using my account from another bank for my banking due to your fancy looking but un-operational app. Either you need to fix it or abort it as it is compromising our life. For urgent solution, please reactivate the previous version until you fix your issues.

New customer

I spent almost 45 minutes just trying to activate my bank account with them through the application I received a phone call but not to activate my account to activate my phone bank account and I stuck there because I only have the card on my hand with all information inside the card nothing more and they ask me to continue please enter you account? From where should I know the account number … nothing help I reach out to X customer support they told me follow up the issue with the branch, are you serious you want me to go out to my car 4:40 pm with sun heat to visit the branch to activate my account!!! What , why there is appellation why there is a WIFI why open and activate the bank account is too complex it give feels like I’m in 2009 now I literally with this comment I spent 58 minutes /: تجربة العميل مهمه من وقت فتح الحساب الى وقت ايداع واستخدام الحساب البنكي بطريقه سلسه وسهله وسريعه من تفعيل الحساب واستلام البطاقة وخدمة العملاء ( خدمة العملاء ) عندهم معلومات خطاء والنتيجة هي راح احذف التطبيق لن تجربتي جدا فاشل مع بنك الرياض وضيعت وقت على فاضي

Missing feature

The app is awesome but it has a missing feature, it seems like I can’t transfer money from my savings account into my main account like the other Riyadh bank app, whenever I try to do that it only shows my main account as the account I can transfer from.. all in all the app is almost 10 out of 10, I will keep both Riyad-Bank apps in my phone but I will only use it after this feature is added.
