Screen Print and activation of Dormant account
Hi I have three major concerns:
1. Why screen print is not allowed while all other banks allow this option?
2. There should be an easy way to reactivate the dormant accounts through the app. My $ ac becomes dormant and then I have to visit a bank branch to activate it.
3. The bank doesn’t inform about their policy change for credit cards. I have platinum Cc and whenever I want to use it in CIP lounge, they tell me SCB has changed its policy. What is the use of this card if it is not valid when needed?

Hello M Idrees, Thank you for connecting with us and sorry for the inconvenience caused. Screenshot feature has been disabled due to security reason. You may share SMS/Email which bank sent against every transaction, or you can check details of that specific transaction from Online Banking webpage > transfer > transfer history.
Furthermore, regarding dormant account and credit card CIP Lounge concern kindly email us at complaints.pakistan@sc.com relevant unit will look into it. However, for dormancy removal, you can contact Client Care unit : +92-21-111-002-002 / +92-42-111-002-002 , our representative will check all details and proceed request, if it would be possible from their end after checking all requirements.
Poorest Customer Service
I have opened account with SCB, Despite of three weeks, my online account & ATM is not activated, all customer service agents guide differently and all have different answers. They said they will call back but never received any call from them. Poorest services with no customer care and updated information. Also note that SCB placed me in Priority Customer category with Priority Debit card. Never recommend anyone to open account in SCB.

app not working on iPhone.. I try many times removed and installed from Playstore. The login page not coming. Pls try to solve issue.
