Sterk makes tracking your workouts easy. Log your sets quickly with smart set prediction and check out detailed stats for every exercise and workout. It’s minimal, intuitive, and designed to help you stay on top of your fitness goals.

Features: - You can now edit the date and time of a logged set. Forgot to log yesterday’s workout? No problem, update it anytime. - Customize the one-rep max formula used throughout the app. You can change it anytime in Settings to match your preferred calculation method. - Leave feedback or suggestions directly in the app. Tap “Leave Feedback” in Settings to share your ideas for Sterk. Fixes: - Fixed an issue causing white flickering when navigating in dark mode. - Fixed an issue where the first input order would reset to “Weight” on app launch. - Improved performance of the workouts list.
