Tamkeen Clean 4+

ما تقدر تسوي اي شيء عن طريق التطبيق الا بس باخذون فلوسك ( لازم تراجعهم في المكتب) على كل صغيره وكبيرة .. التلفون ما يفيدونك بأي شيء .. لا موعد محدد للتسليم و الخدامات تنحاش ولا يعوضونك الا بعد اسبوعين
الاستقبال يكلمك من طرف خشمه ..
الدعوه تطفيش الى ان تكسر العقد وتدفع الشرط الجزائي

نصيحه لا تتورط معهم ..

I have had a few bad experiences with the cleaning ladies and tried to contact customer service, the only way they give you to contact them is by non free calls!!! When you call they leave you on hold and almost NEVER answer no matter how long you wait. 1 time someone answered and they informed me it’s too late to complain about the worker🚨😡!!!!
A few times I had a good and honest cleaning lady, but many times that wasn’t the case At all!!!! Today was the very worst time!!!! Because the cleaner didn't
1- use any of the cleaning products I provided her
2- she only semi cleaned half my small apartment
3- she didn’t clean the kitchen at all !!!!
4- I gave her bed linen to put on the bed, she put a sheet on it BUT she only folded the pillowcases and laid them on top of the pillows 🫣😡🫡
I am very sick and need to be in a sterile environment, But this … Failed her duties

The workers are amazing, but i had 2 problems with the driver and the manager of the company, they have a problem with communication don’t let me know about what time comes, i call the company trying to dissolve but they don’t want to help the clients.!
