Bad service

Your order might get canceled at any given time let alone the fact that you’ll wait for about an hour or so for it to arrive. Today I waited for about two hours, then the customer service employee contacted me to say it’s gonna be free since they canceled to many of my orders and were late for this one, later on after an hour of me sending millions of messages and them not answering, they end up canceling my order once again:).
It’s so bad I just had came from the hospital and they didn’t answer me after that. I don’t recommend it.

Poor customer service

I placed an order with Mcdonalds and chose my visa card for payment, the app immediately connected the order with a representative/driver without giving me an OTP prior connecting with a driver. After 15minutes TO YOU sent a message that order was cancelled as payment wasn't successful (i have money in my account, its a working debit card, it was your app that didn't proceed with proper payment verification)

I placed another order but this time chose cash, and TO YOU was still asking me to pay the first order that they said they cancelled. In short both order arrived and the driver who was supposed to be paid via card asked for cash, i took both orders as I knew it wasn't the driver's fault. TO YOU customer service representative even called to confirm that I already paid the supposedly card driver with cash and to deal with them regarding the issue. To you customer rep said that he will clear the order! Guess what, they gave me a balance of 196sar!!!! And that I have to pay for it when I already paid all in cash for duplicated order. The service rep on chat is of no help. The customer service hotline can't be contacted via inbound call. They always have issue and customers suffer for their mistakes!

I will never order from this app anymore. This is useless and this is the first time i had a bad experience.

Bad experience

They will never refund you, and not the mistake of the consumer if the google map is wrong. And not the mistake of the consumer if the shop cannot deliver the order. And the shop just simply tell the consumer to cancel it. To you and the shop should treat the consumer fair you take our money without anything it’s like a “thief” .. I’m not angry because the money was not refunded I am angry because you didnt do anything for the consumer in just one click you gain the money. Really it’s really harami. I think you better check your policy again. Because what if it will happen to other consumer because anytime you can tell anyone to cancel their other and you take already the money. And one thing more that Doughnuts I order anyway it’s paid? I know you can return it to your stall and sell it again so both of you gain the money you didnt lose anything because you even take delivery fee . What else can I say . Please don’t do it to others , it’s not good we are all working to feed ourselves , we work hard to buy the food we want to eat and to share to our family but things like this is not good.
