I have been experiencing some issues with uber recently, the drivers has been becoming more and more rude, first they call to see the destination and they cancel lots of rides, yesterday i was been dropped off in the street because when i got in the car the driver asked cash or prepaid i said prepaid so he told me I cannot take you and he made me go down from the car, they want only cash payments and if i pay cash they don’t have change, now anyone can be an uber driver at any age some of them don’t know how to use the app they ask us what to do, anws i wish you take these complains seriously and give us back the old luxurious uber. I don’t understand how a company like this huge range of costumers and they don’t have customer service call centre! And the only help you get is an Ai in the chat section who can’t understand or comprehend your complicated issues! My issue is a request a ride and I had a discount for it and after the driver picked me up and we cut half the trip he asked me if I am going to pay cash and how much! I said the amount, once he knew that I have a discount he treated me so bad, harassed me, shouted, and drove me BACK to my house! I said fine I don’t care , uber will take care of this issue afterwards but obviously not! I tried to contact the customer service no response from a human being! And I can’t even request any rides until I pay for this recent awful trip with this horrible driver! How can I pay for a trip that I DIDNT TAKE!?? How can I pay for a trip where I have been insulted and treated so badly!!!! I’m supposed to have a compensation fro Uber for this horrible horrible ride!!! I need a solution! A human being that works in the costumer service to solve the problem!

Uber has always been my rides app for more than a 3 years. The thing that I like about Uber is that it never cancel the search until it’s get a driver and they always came in short noticed, it never took me more than 10 min to get into the car and start the ride. However, in the past two weeks something has changed, I assume that the drivers are now allowed to accept rides while they are in one. So, they can accept more than one ride in once and causes a lot of late for the customers. I’ve always arrived to my appointments and meetings on time, with the new update I started to arrive late on my meetings which caused me a numberless of problems. Humbly, I asked uber company to change there policy of accepting rides for the drivers. Thank you Uber for all your services, it has and continue to be appreciated.

Uber is my all time favorite ride sharing Company is only because of their in app design. Their in app design is very professional and it’s very easy to request and track your ride. About their customer service, I feel that they don’t understand what I’m trying to say. I complained regarding the horrible cleanliness of the car but their reply was very simple with no refund or any apologies. Uber customer support used to be so good before but now I doubt it remains that way. I don’t know why is this but I find Uber drivers in Saudi Arabia quite unprofessional than other ride-sharing companies. The drivers in Saudi Arabia have their one feet on the dashboard and the other on the accelerator. Cars are also not that clean. I don’t know why is this JUST with Uber drivers but I never found this in any other Ride-sharing app in my local area.
