Just recently started buying from this online shop. Clothes are great, delivery takes like 10-14 days. Just one issue i have, some clothes i had to return because of the wrong sizes and the return money it takes like forever to come back to my card. I received email that the return is with them and wait for money, still waiting. If you order anything from this app make sure its the right size items , i am worried now about my money.

Baaaaad experience
I can't believe that 14 SAR will be deducted from me just for returning clothes. I'm truly surprised, in these days, most websites strive to make the customer experience as easy as possible. Among all the websites I've ever used, none of them have asked me to pay for shipping (45 SAR). And to add to the frustration, I have to go myself to SMSA and drop off the package for return. But that's not all – they will also deduct an additional 14 SAR from me. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had, and I have decided to delete the app.
