How can I pay for my money transfer?
To fund an online transfer on the Western Union® mobile app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you need a MADA debit card (Mastercard® or Visa®). Please note that debit cards should be issued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our country was removed from list

Dear westren union team Why our country was removed from list during updating the application I was using this App to send money, but last time when you updated the application you removed our country Somaliland So, could you fix this issue please or could I know the reason please Thanks

They used to be the best, but now they've become the worst

Western Union has become the worst money transfer company ever. I had a bank transfer experience with them that lasted for 10 days, with the transfer being stuck in limbo due to document requests. I sent the documents as requested, and after all that, I finally requested to cancel the transfer. However, they refused, claiming that they had asked for documents and I didn't send them, even though everything is recorded and documented. I called their customer service, and their behavior was very poor, as if you're working for them and they're scolding you. They speak with an attitude of "Is what I'm saying clear or not?" I strongly advise against dealing with them, especially for those who need instant transfers. There are much better apps and companies out there, far superior to them.

I can’t receive the one-time password on my phone number

Whenever I hit ‘forgot password’ and the app asks me to type in my phone number, so they can send me a new one-time password through it. It never comes through. I always click resend and nothing happens. My phone number is fine btw, I do receive messages from everyone. As a result, I can’t use the account in the meantime cuz the app won’t let me progress beyond the “change your password” step. This is frustrating!
