The worst credit card I ever had!
The worst banking workflow and how to process, coordinate payments etc… their credit cards will let you down always! Not recommended! The cash back very hard to follow if not impossible! You will never know if you are credited or not, because of their useless outdated apps and online banking.
Also, not to say when they deactivate your account for no reason and the process to activate it again, please don’t remind me :( ! I used many cards! Many! I understand the process and how Credit card industry should work! This one belong to the 1800 era! Run away!
Worst app
This app is not only one of the most user unfriendly apps, it also doesn't support most the important features. Not only that the basic option of gained points have been removed but even the customer support feature isn't working
In the mid 2022 Emirates NBD KSA doesn't support Apple pay?? Too hard to imagine. To exchange points you need to call the call centre and wait for a que of about 30-40 minutes just to do it?
As an international bank services are of too low quality
