No way to contacts ws1

There is no way to contact the ws1 from the application or the website. The only one available is to call them through the landed phone line. The contact and messaging should be through the application or the email.

Fixed problem in language Arabic

I send email but still not change same problem in 2 new version also
I see bug in application WS1
When I use language Arabic and have something for Writing here never can paste or copy , same when I need paste in Tracking number I can’t , need everything writing no paste only this bug when use language Arabic
Please fix this bug because I see more updates but never fix that when I try
