I have this scale for a week now, I don’t know how to save the readings. I didn’t save automatically

Sign in problem
When i try to sign in to my account which is attached to my email with my new phone it says this email is not registered what is the solution ?
No reset to the password??
I have an account when I tried to login again I forgot my password but there wasn’t anything to reset my password
So all of my data are gone + I cannot register because I don’t have another email!!!
