The structure of the app is good
The only issue I faced which is ridiculous is that you need to reserve a car 6 hours before the collection which is strange. The other companies offers 30 mins or even less.
WORST car renting experience in Saudi and deposit scam
I've rented cars in Saudi Arabia from multiple companies (Shift, Uma, Hanco, Lumi, Key, etc.) and generally had excellent experiences - everything usually goes off without a hitch.
However, my recent encounter with Yelo was outrageously bad and completely ruined our trip. We picked up our rental at Abha Airport, where we were met with excruciatingly slow customer service. The staff was utterly unhelpful, making an already frustrating process even worse. We requested to add unlimited kilometers to our contract, but the staff was too «busy» with other customers to assist us, displaying a disregard for our needs.
To make matters worse, it's now been a month since we returned the car, and Yelo still hasn't refunded our 1,500 SAR deposit. This is outright theft - it's clear to me now that Yelo is nothing more than a scam dressed up as a legitimate business. They should be ashamed of providing such disgraceful service.

Rigid app and customer support
To book a car is a real ordeal here! 1- The application does not realize all branches location for example “King Saud airport” it is not in the map when looking through branches page. 2- if the customer is going to drop the car in different place then another ordeal where the system does not realize or accept the drop off location 3- the 900 number will not accept making a booking if inside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and it will refer the user to the Application.
If you are succeeding with the app, it will not give the user all options pertaining to the available cars.
Need a solution The app does not recognize some branches and the 900 number will refer the user to the app 😂😂😂 Vicious cycle and will take the user to no where! I really hope that I’m wrong 😑
