Performance improvements and bug fixes
Ratings and Reviews
Great App but needs some improvements.
1. Needs faster shipping time, takes so long to deliver only a few items
2. The ability to rate items and to view an items rating based on reviews given in stars by customers that have received it
But other than that, really good app with a unique style!
Delivery & customer support
Delivery takes wayyy tooo long. To add to that, the online chat is also useless because they can’t seem to help much. I asked them for Zara’s phone number, they asked me to go and check on the website myself. Asked the other rep on chat about when my delivery would be delivered, she read from what was available on the app. They only tell you what you can read on the app yourself. Anything else... you call Zara. The funny thing is none of Zara shops’ phones pick up either. So I’d say if you are in the same city, just go buy your apparel directly from the shop instead. My order of two pants got to Aramex to ship to me after 7 days. Still waiting on them. Cheers!

Worst experience
I never tried their goods yet, one friend recommended so went to their outlets and the level of service I can literally say 0, been to 4 outlets in Saudi.
Then decided to go online, and it is the worst experience ever, their app was showing to me the nearest pick up point and I’ve selected it ( I have the screen recorded) and they shipped the items to a different city.
When first item arrived their, I escalated to them via twitter they kept buying time till full items delivered and the sale is gone then they came to me to apologize and told me the only way os to get refunded.
It didn’t stop there, they kept ignoring till I finally find their poor chatting support and found out that they didn’t take any action, after a month waiting they claim that they have processed refund and not sure if I am getting it or I am scammed.
Users in Saudi please please be careful, I can’t find them identified in the official authority application “Marof” so I couldn’t file a complaint.
Don’t you ever pay their app is a scam.
