Worst Online Shopping Experience - A Warning for Future Customers I’ve been a loyal in-store Pull & Bear customer, but my first online shopping experience was a disaster. Their lack of transparency regarding return fees and the painful refund process made this the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Key issues: Hidden Return Fees: Nowhere on the app (not the website) did it mention the 29 SAR fee for home returns. Customers are expected to dig through policies for critical details—completely unacceptable. Delayed Refund: My package was picked up weeks ago, yet I’m still waiting for a refund. Adding insult to injury, their customer service response? A generic reply reiterating policies instead of addressing my concerns. Unempathetic Customer Service: No acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused or attempt at resolution, just robotic responses with no effort to make things right. Pull & Bear, you’ve lost a customer. I’d strongly recommend others think twice before shopping here, especially online. This experience proves they prioritize policies over customer satisfaction. Future customers deserve better transparency and service—something Pull & Bear fails to deliver. Proceed with caution.

It’s easy to use But has a glitch for returning They provide phone number and online chatting wi Ty customer service that doesn’t answer at all I tried calling for 10 times just to return one wrong itemI received and I couldn’t. Tried calling chatting and even went to the store two times but there is something wrong and the employee told me to call the customer service but no answer I even tried to call at different times so that I can reach someone but no way!!!! I’m really frustrated. Please bring anyone to answer the many phone calls. Oh wait I also sent an email and noooo reply!!! How can I reach anyone if the employee in the store told me he is not the one responsible for online shopping and I should call !!!!

Yes, thats right! I thought P&B is big brand but little did I know that the the have 0 customer service. I made an order through the app 2 weeks ago and there is no update. Live chat seem to not care, reached out on twitter and no response and called them 2 times and they said we will raise your concern to the relative team and none gave me an answer. Really shame on you!
