The taxonomy has been updated to reflect 2016 Clements/eBird:

- We added audio recordings for some splits (where available) now covering 1515 species
- We added notes to make cross-referencing the taxonomy to the paper version of the guide easier

We have also fixed some issues reported by users (thank you!):
- typo fixes
- misc content corrections
- Better audio descriptions were added
- Illustrations now include descriptions (i.e. subspecies, morphs, etc)
