Updated the "Glucose Trend" chart to provide an option to review both Glucose Averages as well as Estimated HA1c for all time periods (1, 7, 30, 60, 90, 180 and 365 days). This was an enhancement request from a user's app review (but unfortunately the app review then disappeared). So thanks to those submitting reviews, but for some reason they are getting removed. But I appreciate the effort.

Provide an updated user interface when using Dark Mode appearance.
