Hits the sweet spot

2Do for me marks the sweet spot. I can use it for a simple list, but when needed it also has really great depth. But even though it has all the bells and whistles that you might need to be a todo ninja, it still is very easy to use. It is quick to navigate and add your stuff in. The sync works flawlessly across all my devices. The only thing missing for me is to be able to have sub-projects in projects. When planning a bigger project I often think in hierarchies. At the moment you can have a list with projects adn / or checklists that in turn can contain todos. You can use tags as a workaround, but if there was a possibility for some more hierarchy it would easily get six stars out of five.

Good organization of lists with both subjects, projects, subtasks and automatic smart lists. Start date and due date to be used by themselves or together or not all for each task or project. Assign priorities, extra important starred tasks, keywords, and more.You have to think a bit about how to organize your to-do:s in the best way, but when that is done, it's a fantastic app.And it syncs across devices in a fantastic way.

Great app, been using it for years, on and off, tried some competitors, but nah, came back to 2do recently in 2026. The interface of 2do brings calm and efficency, and, somehow Warmth. And oh, thank you for giving me the option to see ALL tasks and then, in a structured manner see what areas/list groups those tasks belong to. A nice touch of GTD ”your preferred way”. Please keep this app alive, good job.

Lätt att hantera många listor. Lätt att flytta fram saker man inte hunnit med. Lätt att batch-redigera. Funkar bra med synk mellan dator och mobil. Kraftfull med många funktioner, men samtidigt lätt och tydlig om man har enklare krav. Mycket prisvärd.
