Aliven is a curated library of somatic practices designed to bring depth, sensation, and embodied awareness back into daily life. Aliven is for those who have touched expanded states — through travel, creativity, nature, ceremony, or peak experiences — and are looking for a way to live from that place, not chase it. Inside the app you’ll find guided somatic journeys, sensory-based practices, movement, breath, kriyas, meditations, and embodied rituals designed to reorganize how you perceive, move, and inhabit your body. These practices sharpen perception, restore contact with sensation, and bring aliveness back online — in a way that feels intelligent, grounded, and real. Use Aliven to: • Reconnect with your body beyond thinking about it • Stabilize expanded awareness into everyday life • Restore creativity, presence, and felt intuition • Move beyond mechanical routines into lived experience This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to what’s already alive. INFORMATION ABOUT THE APP AND PURCHASE OPTIONS By signing up, you will get access to subscription(s) that include features such as progress tracking, and offline sync. The download of Aliven is free of charge. Should you use Aliven app to access in-app content, we offer one of the following options: Subscription based plan(s) - a recurring payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. One-time purchase based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card only once.
