Beskrivning
An Australian Government mobile application that you can use to lodge an Australian Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) application. The ETA allows eligible passport holders to travel to Australia for short-term stays for tourism or business visitor purposes.

Can’t read Hongkong passport properly
Seeing as this app is the only way to apply for a visa, it is inexcusable how the inflexibility of this app does not equal the amount of errors it produces.
Recent Hongkong passports are not supported and read in as Chinese passports therefore making the applicant ineligible for ETA applications.
There is no way to edit wrongly read in information thus stranding the applicant. Suggestions in the app include to get a new passport.
