Block Fortress gives you the freedom to create a stronghold in almost any way you can imagine, and then puts you in the middle of the action trying to defend it from the relentless attacks of the menacing Goblocks! Put your skills as both a builder and a fighter to the test as you try to survive as long as you can!

What could be fun but is limited by fussy controls and UI
PROS: A very nice take on defense gaming. No problems running the game on 2013 MBPr. Enjoyable enemy style and graphics.
CONS: Very fidgety/fussy game. From game setup to in-battle menus, just a horrible experience for what should seemingly be straight-forward options. Difficult to place blocks, difficult to see 'stats.' Just a mess. No graphical options. Exiting game is also a bit odd, where you'll need to CMD-Q or select quit from the 'normal window.' No quit game option from within game.
VERDICT: This looked to be promising but feels like an alpha or beta version. Pass it up until the developer has cleaned it up!
