Added support for the eText Page Break / "Go To Page" Function. Fixed an issue with event tracking where the pageIndex was missing in context.pageIndex in certain annotation events Fixed an issue where a user would be scrolled to the top of a page after highlighting text and choosing to have it read aloud.
