ContractoBI provides you compact space to track of your contracts by your own. All contracts in ContractoBI are digital copies of your physical agreements, subscriptions, contracts and managed by yourself without connection to banks, companies or other financial institutes. Manage your partners • You can add, edit your partners, contractors, companies, organisations, persons, who have a related contract with you • Enrich your partner contacts with mail address and notes Manage your contracts • You can add the core information about your contract like title, contract number, duration, owner • Specify other properties like validity, status, termination, notice period • The financial metrics like payment interval, fee, currency, first payment, payment method helps you to build the digital twin of your physical contacts • You can archive, delete and reactive your selected contracts with one touch or click.
