Cybel has been created to help you capture and change your unhelpful automatic thoughts. Cybel helps you reach your goals and improve your life by changing the way you think. Initially, Cybel helps you identify the types of situations you find challenging and the unhelpful thoughts that automatically pop into your head. Once you get in the habit of recognising those unhelpful thoughts, you start to see patterns and themes emerging. Then, using Cybel you'll learn more positive and helpful automatic thoughts, so the next time you're faced with a similar challenging situation you know that your old automatic thoughts are not the only option. Over time, your old unhelpful automatic thoughts will be replaced with new helpful automatic thoughts. Cybel is easy to use and has loads of additional features designed to help you not just think more positively and confidently but also do the things you may have previously avoided or thought were too hard. At Cybel, our mission is to help you always feel confident, capable and empowered.
