In this version, we've fixed the input field in social media chats. It now correctly locks when the time to reply has expired, while still allowing you to add internal notes. We've also redesigned mention notifications to be more noticeable, and they will now arrive only during your set working hours. Now, if an agent enables this setting and someone sends a message in a conversation assigned to them while they are offline, the conversation will be moved to the Unassigned, allowing another agent to take it over.
