You can't rush your way through it though. You can unlock a single chapter in one day. So you need to show up and do the work.
Along the way, the app helps you stay on track:
- Smart reminders nudge you when it’s time to work,
- Live Activities keep your timer visible on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island and
- Widgets bring your daily quote or your grid-style progress right to your Home Screen.
- Your streak, total deep-work time and momentum are all captured in a clean analytics view, giving you a clear sense of how far you’ve come.
