FlowIt is a fast, local-first note flow for the thoughts, tasks, and plans that move through your day. FlowIt Pro subscription required. Creating and editing notes, checklists, and events requires an active FlowIt Pro subscription (monthly or lifetime). New users can try FlowIt Pro free for the first month. You can browse existing notes without a subscription. Capture first. Organize later. Open FlowIt, write in the quick capture card, and keep going. Turn a note into a checklist when it becomes actionable, or into an event when it needs a date and reminder. Float what matters now. Some notes are temporarily urgent but not permanently important. Float a note back to the front of your flow so today's priority stays visible — without turning every urgent thought into a permanent pin. Tags that become real workspaces. Add tags while you capture, then open a tag to see every related note, checklist, and event together. Built for people who want to save ideas quickly and find them again by theme.
