An absolute masterpiece

This is one of the best if not the best medical simulator I’ve ever found. The free cases are interesting and the real time progression of the patients condition puts a realistic time pressure onto the player. The graphics really do immerse you in the game as well.

My only, and I mean ONLY complaint is the number of free cases. Obviously, keeping an app like this running requires money, but having 1 or 2 more free cases or maybe just a free trial of the subscriptions would be nice.
