It’s literally perfect. Based on actual experience, graphics, difficulty and so on it’s the best game yet from fire maple games. There’s nothing to complain about, everything is there. Five stars is actually not enough, this is true perfection.

If you ignore the almost entirely AI generated aspect of the game there are som mechanics that are a little buggy. The game soft locks if you spend the quarter from the newspaper machine on the peanuts instead of the rocket ride. You need to find the other quarter in the puddle with rocks using the sifter however when I got stuck the clue did not tell me that I needed to sift for the other quarter. When collecting the red electrical wire from the seagull you can press the wire however many times meaning that you inventory gets filled with useless wires. It’s however really easy to get rid of, you just need to exit the game and go back in and they should be gone. For the AI part it saddens me greatly to see a company that started with some amazing games and art turn to the AI slop that is used in these latest games. It took me a little to long to realise that the man that had gone missing was in fact the criminal as the pictures looked nothing alike. The planet is burning as is and you are pouring fuel on the fire and sucking the joy out of these amazing games with extremely interesting storylines making the end product seem soulless. I really hope you turn back human made art for your future games as I greatly enjoy playing these games.

Unable to put the postcard over the padlock. The postcard just opens to let you pull it out, but doesn’t let me place it after

I’ve been a fan of Fire Maple Games for a while because they simply don’t miss, all they’re games are great and this might be the best yet and my new favourite. The art is gorgeous, the puzzles are tricky and satisfying, and even the music is good. I also love the kind of slightly dark and mysterious vibe this one has. 10/10
