I am att quest 94 and that requires you to get to rank 5 that they will not give me even do I qualify. My base button is still locked even do you get it after quest 90 please help me or I can’t move on in the game

This game is trash you play very much to get Good rewards and when you collect them you dont get them, i won 10 radios to get new allies and only got 1 radio and i won 250 gold but got nothing when i collected it very bad game dont play it
