It shouted be easy to upgrade but it’s almost impossible through the app.

This app just sign me out every time. May be this is because of changing Wi-Fi but I don’t care actually, it annoys to sign in every time when you just want to check your flight, especially through web-form. If you are not able to make stable session, make signing in by FaceID then. Moreover after signing out I cannot sign in again. I fill the web-form and it just doesn’t do anything. The form closes, no errors, no authorization. At the same time I can sign in on the website easily. No reasons to use the app, when I use it the same way I use website.
Sign me out and very slow password recovery

App signs me out often and it takes ages to receive password resetting link.It would be more convenient if i don’t have to use another app (miles and more) to use Lufthansa app. It would be nice to not jump to web login page during login in an App.

Som titeln lyder så är det omöjligt att ta sig vidare i registreringen för Lufthansa airmiles eftersom man måste skriva postkoden som: 111 11, men det går ju inte?Dåligt och irriterande eftersom man redan har kommit så pass långt i registreringen…
