The last 4 times I requested 2 repayments after renewals. Apple customer service said it was a known issue that the program was constantly shutting down when trying to watch. They said it was being worked in by vendor. I waited 2 weeks again paid expensive vip week fee and it shuts Down every couple of minutes watching. Vendor does not reply to support requests. NOT WORTH MONEY OR HEADACHES!
