Rather than having to create their own guest app from the ground up, hospitality organizations can use the Guest App from Agilysys. This enables a fast head-start as well as ensures the core app continues to evolve with modern consumer expectations. The Agilysys Guest App is fully brandable to reflect the hospitality organization’s preferences for look and style. After applying a name and brand style, hospitality organizations tailor the app experience based on their operations and preferences, and instruct guests, patrons and customers on how to download and use the app on any device.
The result is closer connections and greater satisfaction through real-time access to personalized stay experiences. Depending on which capabilities an organization makes available through the brandable Guest App, corresponding Agilysys solutions must be in place. For example, Agilysys Service must be in place to offer real-time service requests through the Guest App.
Highlights include:
• Guests receive personalized, secure logins based on the Agilysys Common Profile. This ensures each guest receives information tailored to their preferences and actual itineraries.
• Guests can create, view, and adjust their itineraries at any time, from anywhere.
• Hospitality organizations can easily customize content and update it in real-time using the Agilysys App Admin Portal. Guests receive updates automatically, without re-downloading the app.
• If the associated Agilysys solution is active, hospitality organizations can offer Guest App access to view, book and change itineraries property-wide. For example, guests can book rooms if Agilysys PMS is active, reserve a tee time if Agilysys Golf is active, and request spa services if Agilysys Spa is active.
• Guests enjoy the speed and freedom of online check-in with the option of digital keys from their mobile devices.
