Stages was built by someone who lost their sister and couldn't find what they actually needed. Grief doesn't follow a schedule. It arrives in waves; at 2am, in the middle of a workday, on what should have been a good day. Stages was born from those moments. When grief overwhelms you and you need someone who truly understands, not because they read about it, but because they lived it - there hasn't been a place to turn. Until now. Grief isn't something you heal from completely. It's something you carry. But you don't have to carry it alone. Stages connects you anonymously with peers who get it, people navigating loss just like you. No therapists, no algorithms pushing engagement, no pressure. Just real people helping real people.
