You are an astronaut awaking from cryonics not in the solar system, but... out there... in a far and unknown place of the galaxy. In Out There, you will have to survive, tinkering your ship with what you can gather drifting in the void, and spot garden planets to refill your oxygen supply.
Space is an hostile place ; dangerous and mysterious adventures will mark each step of your travel. You will not only meet intelligent species that won’t care about you, but also deal with ancient powers linked to your destiny and the fate of mankind itself.

Man är med i en berättelse som antingen tar död på en direkt eller senare. Det är lönlöst att försöka tänka strategiskt då precis allt i spelet är 50/50. Kan få stort skepp andra hoppet, behöva tanka och vips förlorar man 50% hull och dör. Synd på bra koncept. Skaffa FTL istället.

Ett enkelt spel med många oförutsägbara händelser. Du som spelare måste alltid hålla koll på ditt skepp och dina resurser. En dåligt planerad resa mellan solsystem kan vara skillnaden mellan liv och död.

So great in its simplicity. Completely captivating. Few bugs, some things I don’t fully understand (yet) but still one of the best games I’ve played in a long time. A “regret last action” could be useful, a bit too easy to press the wrong button and kill your self by mistakes. 😅
