Same experience as recension from ”Apradar”. How could I access the footage from the cameras in my system? How do I know what sensor to change battery? Previously I could see it in eventhistory. I can’t think of any improvement in this app compared to previous version. Why should I pay for this?
Uppdated app is much worse

All the good basic functionallity in the old app has been removed. Now i can no longer access my detectors with cameras and see the fottage and i cant see event history from my alarm in the app.Is this why you made the app a subscripion? To take our money and make the app usless for us with an holder model alarm? I have a Risco agility 3 alarm fully functioning and all working well until your uppdated alarm.Please fix it soon if you still want me as a custumer
Scam app and company
Senior Internet Builder
Really poor app with close to useless features for security and modern home protection. They blocked current customers and forced an additional yearly charge to use the expensive system already purchased. Will replace entire system when saved up for it. My recommendation is to stay away from this obsolete and poorly developed/coded system with its ”app”.

Sometimes you can’t login. Works like 1 time of 7. This app needs a lot of bug fixes to get it to function without a problem. 👎🏻
