Description
Kivra is a place where you can collect your important stuff. Letters, invoices, receipts and more – things that you otherwise would keep in binders, trousers or piles of paper. You no longer have to look for insurance letters, warranty receipts or the dog’s vaccination certificate. Instead you can gather everything in the same place to make it available at all times, wherever you are.
Kivra is a sustainable alternative to postal mail and receipts. And for each document that is being sent or received in Kivra we take one step in the right direction for the environment. Furthermore, with our upload service you can choose and upload what is important to you, everything stored safely behind Mobile BankID.
Today, tens of thousands of private companies send letters and invoices digitally using Kivra. And several of Sweden’s regions and authorities are connected, ready to send tax returns, vaccination certificates, annual statements and other important stuff to you. You can also receive digital receipts from some of the country’s most popular store chains.
We continuously develop Kivra, with new functionalities and more connected companies, so that you can collect everything in the same place.
For example, we will now launch Kivra+. A smart premium service for you who want to collect even more important stuff in Kivra. You can try Kivra+ for free for a limited time.

Varning för tveksamma metoder
Kivra är i grunden ett bra koncept, men det finns en del tveksamheter du bör vara medveten om innan du fastnar i Kivras träsk:
Du kan inte på något sätt dela, skriva ut eller exportera dina dokument! Syftet är uppenbart att man inte ska komma loss från Kivra utan problem.
Avtal, doctor's certificate och andra dokument du kanske vill få loss från appen är tyvärr helt inlåsta.
När du väljer att betala fakturor ingår du samtidigt medgivande till autogiro. Läs avtalstexten innan du signerar! Alla gillar inte autogiro.
Transaktionstiden för pengar är oacceptabel. Men Kivra vill komma åt mikrobeloppen så det är tyvärr bara att acceptera.

Hej! Tack för din feedback. Vi har släppt en helt ny applikation som är native med ny design och ny funktionalitet. I den nya versionen av applikationen finns det nu stöd för att spara ned, skriva ut samt dela filer till andra program.
När det gäller betaltjänsten är den frivillig och vill man betala sina fakturor behöver man göra ett autogiromedgivande för att pengar ska kunna dras från det kontot du kopplar till Kivra. Efter autogiromedgivandet är godkänt behöver du själv aktivt gå in och lägga till fakturan för betalning och det tar 3 dagar för oss att genomföra betalningen, det är inget vi tjänar pengar på. Vill man inte betala sina fakturor via Kivra kan man göra det via sin internetbank.

Alla borde använda sig av denna app. Privatpersoner som företag och myndigheter. Samt slipper en massa papper. Bäst helt enkelt!
