It’s free and the console works, but I can’t really figure out how to make/edit files on ios. Though I’m not sure if that’s even possible?I would recommend the app if you want to code and don’t have or dont wan’t to use a computer and have extensive knowledge in how to use the ios interface for files and such.

There are many ways to make/edit files on iOS. You can use the system Files app to manage files and folders on your phone. You can also do this in the app. In "Editor" tab(the second tab), you can click the first button(with a icon look like a file) on the top bar, it looks like the File menu of most macOS apps. There are submenus for you to create new file, open files, save files. When you want to create a new file, it will ask you where the new file should be, so it will pop a page let you choose the location. You must click the "Select" button, then click the "New File" button on the bottom, and input the filename you want. I know this is not intuitive, but this is a common issue for file manipulation on mobile platforms. I am still seeking for some good interaction logic for this workflow. Change App name from LuaLu REPL to Lua IDE. Someone gave it a 1 star review because he thought this app can run luau script, he mistook the app's name for Luau.
