The toolkit supports you to: Reflect on your current mindset & understand if you’re in Growth or Survival Be present and understand how you’re feeling right now and where that’s impacting how you show up Reflect on your current levels of resilience and your balance of active, recharge, survival and burnout Reflect on the climate you’re creating around yourself The Practices to help you get back into Growth when you find myself in Survival The SHARE tool to help you have a difficult conversation The Mindset Practice App is only currently available to users whose organisations have purchased a license.
