Add more frustration and stress to your working day with this app

I should have taken the complete lack of actual information on the app website (it only contains empty marketing jargon promising unrealistic benefits) as a warning sign, but like a complete pillock I downloaded it and created an account, hoping the app itself would contain a manual or at least some kind of user guide.

It doesn't. You have to set up a schedule blindly with zero information about what will happen at the "scheduled breaks" (oh, and all working days have to be identical – you have to start and finish work at the same time every day, and take breaks at precisely regular intervals, rather than setting a schedule that lets you take a break at, say, 9:30, 10:30, 13:30 and 15:00, if those times are better for you than every 90 minutes throughout the day.) The app asks you if you want help with stress relief, neck pain relief, and/or a couple of other things; again, ZERO info about what any of these things involve. Of course you can adjust or change your schedule later; probably an easy and quick thing for neurotypicals, but it is baffling that the app creators have gone out of their way to hide any info, thereby creating a lot of extra stress and frustration for users who don't intuitively know what cutesy labels like "desk detox" mean. (I'm not kidding. That is one of the "activities". I started it, and it apparently involves jumping on the spot. I don't actually know, because, you know, information is overrated. *facepalm*)

And they have the nerve to ask users to sign up to pay for a subscription – still WITHOUT TELLING YOU WHAT THE APP ACTUALLY DOES. Sorry for yelling, but this is genuinely infuriating.

I'm sorry to hear about the bad experience you had with the app. Thank you for taking the time to provide us such detailed feedback, it is super helpful to know that the onboarding and guidance is lacking and that you are not happy with the vagueness of the programs and what to expect.

Currently we are working on an update to allow for you to set manual break times as an alternative to the current schedule type so I hope that would be a welcome change.
