love it
Very good, I’ve been playing Hack since I was old enough to use a computer. Seems like this is a little bit easier than Hack because I remember if you kicked down the door of a store the shopkeeper would kill you. Only giving it four stars because I have to keep deleting the app because I play too much so that’s on me. Wish the help section was a bit more detailed because I can’t figure out how to use bardings.
ETA: I now regret saying it was easier than Hack, since the new update. This game has always been an exercise in patience and even more so now with LOTS more traps. Guess it’s time to level up that patience stat!! Of which I had about -2 to begin with…

Hello, I grew up playing Hack as well! To use barding, you need to share the barding with your steed and then EQUIP the barding on them. Hope that helps :)

Really good Nethack. My only wish is for the original tiles, and an option for asci. Good work!

Hail Higa72 - wow this review was from a long time ago, but this is the first time Apple has allowed responses from the developer. Pathos now has three tilesets: absurd, classic (pixel-art and close to the original) and geoduck (ascii inspired)
